Chief Executive Quality Officer

About the role

The Chief Executive Quality Officer will lead the development and management of company‑wide quality programs, ensuring that standards and best practices are embedded across all departments. This senior position works closely with senior management to raise quality awareness and drive process maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with the annual business plan and long‑term objectives.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, guidelines, processes, procedures and metrics for all activities and services.
• Monitor performance against agreed standards, report deviations, and advise corrective actions.
• Integrate external standards into internal quality systems and communicate changes throughout the organization.
• Lead communication initiatives to promote quality awareness across departments.
• Manage departmental targets, budgets, and compliance with policies.
• Contribute to executive policy formulation and overall business strategy.
• Define the organizational structure needed to meet quality objectives and oversee its implementation.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification (Master, PhD, CPHQ or equivalent).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Maximum age of 45 years.
• Previous experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
