Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations while utilizing project management software to track progress and report on milestones.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop detailed project plans that meet client requirements and industry standards, fostering teamwork to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions, using analytical skills to ensure project integrity and quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules, to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, leveraging negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and maintain project timelines.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to construction standards, utilizing technical expertise to uphold the highest level of workmanship.
• Assist in developing project budgets and forecasts, using financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs while maximizing project value.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all team members are aware of best practices and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software for creating detailed engineering plans.
• Strong project management skills to oversee construction timelines and budgets.
