Cloud Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Systems Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services and public cloud platforms in a production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform, with primary focus on one platform and working knowledge of the other.
• Configure and maintain Intune, Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
• Perform cloud backup, restore operations, and ensure data protection.
• Handle ITSM ticketing, follow formal change control processes, and provide emergency support when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on cloud administration experience in a production setting.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and at least one major public cloud (AWS or GCP).
• Current associate‑level certification from AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
