Cluster Reservation Host – Six Senses Southern Dunes

About the role

As a Cluster Reservation Host at Six Senses Southern Dunes, you will be the first point of contact for guests and travel agents, ensuring seamless reservation handling while upholding the brand’s values of sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process new reservations, update existing bookings, and manage advance deposits.
• Respond to reservation inbox emails within 24 hours and handle special requests, hard blocks, and room allocations.
• Run daily reports for the Reservation, Sales & Marketing, and operational departments.
• Monitor and update the internet reservation system in coordination with other hosts.
• Verify guest preferences, clarify discrepancies, and maintain accurate guest profiles and rate codes.
• Ensure compliance with Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and guest comment protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel reservation role.
• Hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
