Community Manager

About the role

Sanabil Studio is looking for a Community Manager to own and grow its early‑stage founder community in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for building the membership experience, designing rituals, and delivering events that make the community the go‑to place for early‑stage founders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community, events, performance, and offerings as an integrated activation function.
• Design and manage the founder membership product, including criteria, onboarding, tiers, and lifecycle.
• Plan and execute a regular cadence of founder dinners, masterclasses, demo nights, AMAs, partner sessions and flagship events.
• Handle the full event lifecycle: brief, run‑of‑show, speaker coordination, registrations, hosting and follow‑up.
• Originate and curate founder perks and deals across cloud, software, legal, banking, talent and operations, negotiating exclusive terms.
• Maintain a structured 1:1 cadence with founders and feed insights to investment and studio teams.
• Own community metrics such as attendance, NPS, repeat‑visit rate, new members and founder pipeline contribution.
• Maintain a single source of truth for members, events, deals and partner engagement.
• Activate alumni and senior operators as an ongoing layer of the community.
• Collaborate closely with accelerator partners, studio venture teams and talent programs.
• Serve as MC or moderator when needed.

Required profile

• 4–7 years experience building communities, programs or running operator‑facing events in venture, accelerator, startup or premium hospitality environments.
• Proven track record of running recurring event cadences at scale with measurable results.
• Experience originating partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong decision‑making under pressure and accountability to published KPIs.
• Highly organized with an external operating system/tool.
• Comfortable working with data, extracting, analysing and presenting insights.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to communicate with founders, partners and leadership.
