Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

The Concierge provides personalized guest services, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will act as the primary point of contact for special requests, local information, and coordination with hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning, and other special services.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; ability to deliver excellent service.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
