Construction Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our industrial construction projects in Jeddah. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of industrial construction projects from mobilization to hand‑over.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans and maintain clear communication.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures on‑site, conduct regular inspections and training.
• Manage procurement, negotiate contracts with suppliers and control material and equipment costs.
• Track progress using project management software and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement through post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
