Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to act as the Owner/Developer’s on‑site representative. The role oversees new construction, building rehabilitation and high‑end fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site activities for new builds and complex rehabilitation projects, coordinating structural modifications, MEP upgrades and premium architectural fit‑outs.
• Manage scope changes, resolve field engineering challenges, and work closely with consultants and contractors to implement design solutions.
• Conduct rigorous QA/QC inspections across demolition, structural retrofitting and finishing phases, and oversee RFI processes.
• Verify that all delivered materials match approved specifications and control material receipt, storage and inspection.
• Audit quantity surveying reports, BOQs and interim payment certificates to ensure financial valuations reflect actual work performed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7–12 years of proven site execution and project management experience, with extensive background in building rehabilitation, renovation and commercial fit‑outs.
• Deep technical knowledge of structural retrofitting, QA/QC protocols, materials management and commercial invoice auditing.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
