Consultant - Business Consulting

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting practice in Riyadh. You will work on digital transformation projects across the Middle East, focusing on e‑commerce, customer service platforms and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and sales/account teams to design and deliver end‑to‑end digital solutions.
• Analyse client data, gather requirements and apply AI concepts such as machine learning and natural language processing.
• Lead techno‑functional project teams and act as a subject‑matter expert in e‑commerce, digital platforms and supply‑chain value‑stream design.
• Support the growth strategy for Infosys Consulting in the region, initially in Saudi Arabia.
• Travel as needed to client sites and project locations.

Required profile

• Strong business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving and resilience.
• Proven experience in gathering, validating, synthesising and communicating data for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic (C2) and English (C2).
• Ability to work in and lead techno‑functional teams on digital transformation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast‑growth, high‑impact environment.
