Corporate Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Corporate Communications Coordinator supports the creation and delivery of internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the organisation's brand, reputation and employee engagement. This role works closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies and plans.
• Create, edit and distribute announcements, newsletters, press releases, presentations and social media content.
• Coordinate communication campaigns and corporate events aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain consistency of messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through effective internal communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication activities and campaign performance.
• Manage and update communication platforms such as the company website, intranet and social media channels.
• Assist in preparing executive communications, speeches and briefing materials.
• Support crisis communication activities and ensure timely dissemination of information.
• Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
