Country Manager / General Manager – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

The Saudi Country Manager/GM will own full P&L responsibility and lead the growth of the IT and cybersecurity business in the Kingdom. Reporting to regional leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on sales execution to build a high‑performing local organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive market strategy for the KSA market.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging cybersecurity trends, and create go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead and direct the KSA team to achieve excellence in sales and services.
• Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Personally lead and close large, complex, strategic deals with enterprise and government accounts.
• Drive market entry and expansion in line with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Manage key vendor relationships and expand the reseller/integrator partner network.
• Ensure strong pipeline development, partner enablement, and channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage and develop large‑scale projects directly with key Saudi enterprise accounts.

Required profile

• Saudi national with full P&L ownership experience.
• Proven hands‑on leadership and strong personal sales capability.
• Demonstrated ability to develop large accounts, close strategic deals, and grow enterprise and government relationships.
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing local organizations.
• Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity markets in Saudi Arabia.
