About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver high‑level support while upholding company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Meet KPIs, productivity, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required.
- Support daily operations and contribute to team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high‑volume workloads and multitask effectively.
- Good problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
