Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused individual to join our team in Saudi Arabia as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication platforms.
• Provide accurate information, professional assistance and timely resolution of complaints.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues are fully addressed.
• Record and update customer interactions and information in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records of service requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and familiarity with basic office applications.
