Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our fully remote customer service team. This entry‑level position handles customer inquiries, order support, and account questions through email, chat, and phone, while following company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions professionally via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate product, service, order, and account information using approved resources.
• Enter and update customer data in the CRM, maintaining accurate records.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, documenting actions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets and processing forms.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or ticket‑management systems.
• Data entry and records management.
