Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position assists customers with questions, orders, service requests, and general support through approved communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist with routine product, service, order, and account questions using approved resources.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve routine concerns within guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Enter and update customer information in CRM/ticket‑management systems, maintaining accurate records.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good listening, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine requests and remain professional under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Required skills
