Customer Success & Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success & Sales Associate to support our interior design team throughout the sales journey. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, following up on proposals, converting leads into signed projects, and identifying upselling opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact from the first conversation until project sign‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers after proposals and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary contact throughout the sales journey.
• Address customer concerns, answer questions, and handle objections confidently.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize project value.
• Participate in meetings with interior designers and lead customer meetings when needed.
• Qualify new inbound leads as required.
• Coordinate with Design, CX, and Marketing teams for smooth handovers.
• Keep all interactions updated in the CRM.
• Meet sales and conversion targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident phone communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Ability to understand client needs and respond professionally.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems to log interactions and track opportunities.
