Cyber Security Project Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Systems Arabia is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead strategic security initiatives across trading, forex, brokerage and financial services platforms. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end cybersecurity projects while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and protecting mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver cybersecurity projects for trading, forex, brokerage and financial services platforms.
• Integrate security controls such as IAM, PAM, SIEM, SOC, endpoint protection, DLP, cloud and network security, Zero Trust and vulnerability management into trading systems, payment gateways, APIs and mobile apps.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Application Development, Risk Management, Compliance and internal audit teams.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, RAID logs, governance reports and executive dashboards.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, penetration‑testing providers and MSSPs.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, regulatory compliance initiatives and cyber‑resilience projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience in highly regulated financial environments.
