Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Manager to shape our long‑term security strategy and act as the chief advisor to executive leadership on digital risk. The role will define multi‑year roadmaps that align technical defenses with business growth and ensure resilience against evolving global threats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise‑wide cybersecurity maturity models and multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
• Provide expert advisory on technology investments and emerging threat landscapes to senior executives.
• Align technical security requirements with business objectives and international frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Lead the integration of FAIR risk quantification into decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security controls across all digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in strategic advisory or management consulting.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA.

Required skills

• FAIR risk quantification methodology.
• Deep knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF 2.0).
• Expertise in ISO 27001 standards.
