Decision Support & Analytics Lead

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Decision Support & Analytics Lead to spearhead our analytics and business intelligence operations. In this role you will lead a team of analysts, transform complex data into actionable insights, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, guide and supervise the decision support and analytics team in daily data modeling, strategic planning and performance reporting.
• Establish operational KPIs for the analytics team and ensure data accuracy, integrity and timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business units and technical teams to streamline data requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of strategic analytical plans, business performance assessments and market insights.
• Design, develop and continuously improve interactive executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Decision Support, with proven leadership or team supervision experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in data visualization techniques.
• Advanced Excel for data modeling and reporting.
