Delivery Station Liaison (DSL) – Customer Service

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison (DSL) to provide real‑time, hands‑on support within a last‑mile delivery warehouse. The DSL connects directly with customers to resolve delivery issues, ensuring parcels reach their destinations on time and customers stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, empathize, and build trust while resolving delivery issues.
• Investigate failed or at‑risk deliveries, provide accurate updates, and coordinate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to arrange same‑day or next‑attempt deliveries.
• Maintain meticulous case records and proactively identify solutions with limited guidance.
• Collaborate with multiple station workgroups and senior leadership to highlight barriers and develop process improvements.
• Navigate multiple online platforms and technology systems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours/week) in a noisy warehouse setting (hearing protection supplied).

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in a high‑noise, fast‑moving logistics environment.
