Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner will ensure that the right quantities of Nestlé Waters products are available at the right time across all branches and warehouses in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate closely with logistics, procurement and production teams to balance forecast accuracy, inventory levels and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse regional sales forecasts, warehouse capacity and production capabilities.
• Perform detailed SKU‑level forecast analysis and update demand‑supply KPIs.
• Monitor KPI performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for planning processes in line with company standards.
• Analyse sales trends, identify drivers and translate insights into production and material plans.
• Maintain optimal stock levels for finished goods, raw materials and packaging while preventing excess or stock‑outs.
• Prepare statistical forecasts to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Create and follow up on production and dispatch plans to meet target days‑of‑supply.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand and supply planning or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends.
• Good understanding of inventory management, KPI monitoring and production scheduling.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
