Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner will ensure that the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost for all branches and warehouses across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with logistics, procurement and production teams to create and follow up on production and dispatch plans, guaranteeing optimal stock levels and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse regional sales forecasts, warehouse capacity and production capabilities.
• Perform detailed SKU‑level forecast analysis to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Update and monitor DSP KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for planning processes in line with company standards.
• Analyse sales trends, identify key drivers and ensure proper production and material planning.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials and packaging, avoiding stock‑outs and excess.
• Prepare statistical forecasts to support the sales forecasting process.
• Develop production and dispatch plans based on available stock, capacity, demand and actual sales trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with logistics, procurement and supplier teams.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and water‑beverage industry is a plus.
