DesignOps Consultant for Large CX Project in Riyadh

About the role

The DesignOps Consultant will lead the design operations for a large Customer Experience (CX) programme for a leading industry player in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, the role spans a 12‑month fixed‑term engagement starting in October/November and focuses on establishing the operating model, governance, tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the DesignOps operating model and governance framework across the CX programme.
• Coordinate design tooling, asset libraries, template frameworks and design system usage.
• Facilitate design rituals, workshops and collaboration sessions for the UX/UI team.
• Ensure alignment with regulated industry standards in telecom, finance, government and digital infrastructure.
• Leverage AI‑accelerated design and research tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Required profile

• Proven DesignOps experience on large‑scale CX programmes.
• Strong client‑facing skills in Saudi Arabia, with cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as telecom, financial services, government or digital infrastructure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Figma, Miro and Maze.
• Experience using AI‑accelerated design and research tools.
• Knowledge of design systems, asset libraries and template frameworks.
