Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head

About the role

The Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head will lead the definition, governance and execution of enterprise‑wide architecture strategies that enable the organization’s digital transformation. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, this senior leader ensures that technology roadmaps, standards and solution designs are aligned with business priorities and are scalable, secure and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles and roadmaps that support business strategy.
• Establish architecture standards, reference models and governance processes across applications, data, integration, infrastructure and technology domains.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project teams during solution design, reviewing and approving architectures for integration, security and operational resilience.
• Align technology roadmaps with business priorities, translating strategy into actionable IT capabilities.
• Report regularly on architecture alignment, risks and progress; build and lead a multidisciplinary architecture team.
• Support compliance with policies, drive continuous improvement and mentor sub‑ordinates to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design or related IT leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Strong track record of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience building and leading cross‑functional architecture teams.
