Digital Governance Specialist

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking a Digital Governance Specialist to support the execution and monitoring of digital governance policies, ensure compliance with national regulations on digital transformation, cybersecurity and data governance, and help raise the organization’s digital maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies across all departments.
• Assist in meeting regulatory requirements related to digital transformation, cybersecurity and data governance.
• Develop, update and document governance frameworks and procedural guides.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records and compliance indicators.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments, analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track corrective actions, audit findings and remediation activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on governance performance and coordinate with audit teams and regulatory bodies.
• Support internal awareness programs on governance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance or cybersecurity support roles.
