Digital Learning Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

As a Digital Learning Trainee in the Tamheer Program, you will start by spending time in Chalhoub Group’s retail stores to observe Beauty Advisors and uncover real training needs. You will then convert the brand’s identity into modern digital learning assets, creating micro‑learning formats such as short videos, quizzes and story‑style modules.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail locations to understand daily workflows of Beauty Advisors.
• Identify training gaps and translate them into digital learning content.
• Produce micro‑learning assets (videos, quizzes, story‑style modules) that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Develop specialized digital modules for fragrance and skincare categories.
• Use analytics and learner feedback to refine content and measure impact.
• Explore and test new digital tools that enhance the learning experience.
• Assist in preparing reports that showcase the results of digital training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
• Fresh graduate, eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
