Director, Governance

About the role

The Director, Governance will lead and support the implementation and management of governance mandates within ROSHN. This senior position ensures that governance initiatives are executed effectively and that best practices become embedded across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of governance frameworks and policies.
• Support cross‑functional teams in applying governance standards.
• Monitor the progress of governance initiatives and report on outcomes.
• Integrate governance practices into daily operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal audit to assess governance effectiveness.
