About the role

The Director of IT Solutions Planning and Implementation will lead the design, development, and delivery of new IT platforms and solutions that drive operational efficiency for Mobily. This senior role oversees end‑to‑end solution delivery, aligns initiatives with the enterprise architecture, and ensures seamless hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and rollout of IT solution expansions and new platforms.
• Develop high‑ and low‑level designs in collaboration with application, testing, and implementation teams.
• Define the delivery blueprint, budget, and roadmap for new IT solutions.
• Create operational guidelines for solution delivery and manage multiple project initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end development across various application domains and vendor partners.
• Ensure documentation complies with specifications and is kept up‑to‑date.
• Monitor solution performance, governance, and SLA compliance.
• Drive innovation and enhancements aligned with business needs and market trends.
• Facilitate communication across departments to resolve conflicts and maintain smooth workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT solution development, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale IT projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, budgeting, and roadmap planning.
