Director, Trivandi Academy

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape the future of Trivandi Academy, a pioneering global initiative in sport, events and live entertainment. The Director will define strategy, drive business development and act as the public face of the Academy across key markets, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Academy’s vision, strategic roadmap and market foothold, including digital and in‑person learning product development.
• Lead commercial performance, overseeing revenue, profitability and go‑to‑market planning for training, coaching and consulting services.
• Build and nurture strategic client relationships, manage high‑impact bids and represent the Academy in industry forums.
• Oversee programme delivery, quality assurance and data‑informed learning outcomes for workforce and volunteer training.
• Establish and grow physical training facilities in KSA, collaborating with local teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading consultancy or management consulting operations globally and in the KSA/MENA region.
• Proven track record of revenue and profitability growth, with senior‑level P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial mindset, business development expertise and ability to secure high‑value contracts.
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) preferred and excellent presentation, writing and influencing skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or a related field.
