Distribution Supervisor

About the role

Nestlé Waters, the leading bottled‑water producer in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead a team of distribution employees. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth product flow, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across the Riyadh market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product flow to guarantee timely deliveries and proactively resolve any issues.
• Identify and acquire new customers while retaining existing ones to improve route efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule manpower efficiently to achieve departmental sales objectives.
• Maintain a motivated workforce through clear communication, consistency, and fairness.
• Follow Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules at all times.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
