About the role
Efekta is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead large‑scale AI‑powered learning initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work with public‑sector and educational institutions to improve intercultural communication and language skills through AI‑driven curricula.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage learning programs serving thousands of learners.
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, success criteria and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and conduct training workshops for teachers.
- Report program outcomes, drive renewals and support account growth.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly with creative solutions.
- Share best practices across the team to ensure effective language training delivery.
Required profile
- At least 1 month of relevant experience.
