Engineering Graduate Programme – PACE

About the role

The PACE Engineering Graduate Programme is a two‑phase, full‑time development pathway based at DoubleTree by Hilton Jabal Omar in Makkah. Over 24 months, participants rotate through technical and administrative assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in hotel engineering operations and preparing for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 9‑month competency and skills development phase focused on technical fundamentals.
• Undertake a 15‑month phase with 80% technical and 20% administrative duties, supporting day‑to‑day engineering activities.
• Deliver a technical project at the end of each phase to demonstrate learning outcomes.
• Collaborate on group, business‑driven projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent) by September 2026.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Eligible to work anywhere in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate across the MEA region after programme completion.
• Availability to start full‑time on 1 September 2026.

Required skills

• Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering principles.
