Entry Technician – Automotive Service

About the role

The Entry Technician will join the service centre team to perform repair services and mechanical work on vehicles. Working under the guidance of the Chief Technician, the role focuses on meeting customer satisfaction and service sales targets while following company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs as per customer request under the supervision of the Chief Technician, meeting promised delivery times and cost estimates.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections using mechanical tools and equipment to assess damage and repair scope.
• Assist in resolving high‑technical issues such as NVH cases with support from team leaders and diagnostic testing.
• Execute after‑sales activities including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance in line with company policies.
• Maintain a guest‑centric approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Record repair data, operation numbers and update vehicle delivery status using computerized time control sheets.
