Estimating & Tendering Manager

About the role

Shape the numbers behind some of the region's most distinctive projects. As Outdoor Factory expands its presence in Saudi Arabia, it is building a strong in‑house estimating and tendering capability and needs an Estimating & Tendering Manager to lead the function from Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ITT documents, BOQs, drawings and specifications to identify omissions, inconsistencies and scope gaps, and perform high‑accuracy quantity spot checks.
• Develop detailed rate build‑ups covering labour, materials, plant, logistics, installation and testing, and price preliminaries, mobilisation and temporary works.
• Define tender packaging strategies, prepare RFP packages and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial completeness.
• Maintain cost‑risk registers, support value engineering, prepare cost summaries and lead technical briefings, pre‑bid meetings and post‑tender clarifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• 7–10 years of construction estimation experience, preferably in GCC/KSA high‑end fit‑out, hospitality or specialist contracting.
• Strong knowledge of labour, materials and subcontract pricing with the confidence to challenge incomplete quotations.
