About the role
Esnad Contracting Company is looking for Estimation Engineers to join our Head Office team in Riyadh. The role involves preparing and reviewing cost estimates and tender documents for construction and infrastructure projects, especially government contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review project cost estimates and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
- Prepare quantity take‑offs and pricing for tenders.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams to obtain required information and quotations.
- Assist in preparing accurate tender submissions.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in estimation and tendering within the construction industry.
- Experience with infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with BOQs, drawings, specifications, and quantity take‑offs.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project costs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation/engineering software.
