Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager (in charge) of Food & Beverage will oversee all operational aspects of the F&B department at Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, ensuring standards of the brand are met and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and preparation of the hotel’s strategic plan.
• Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and manage profit & loss responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximise occupancy, rates, average check and overall profit.
• Control duty rosters, labour costs and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and create career development plans for high‑potential staff.
• Implement, evaluate and communicate procedures, policies and safety measures.
• Lead daily walk‑throughs to ensure cleanliness and service quality in front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain technical standards of F&B outlets and oversee room‑division technical issues.
• Maintain high visibility with guests and staff, achieving at least 85 % on LQA inspections.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage.
• International experience, preferably across the Gulf region and Europe.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labour costs and profit‑and‑loss statements.
