Executive Sous Chef

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team in Saudi Arabia as an Executive Sous Chef, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations across the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day culinary operations, managing preparation and production while maintaining food quality, presentation, cost controls and profitability.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director to develop and execute menu selections for all outlets.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, identify trends and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Assist in refining kitchen systems, processes and workflows to ensure seamless operations.
• Recruit, coach and train team members, fostering growth and recognizing performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations to protect guests and staff.
