Experience Designer – Supervising Associate/Assistant Director

About the role

EY Wavespace is expanding across the MENA region with a new centre in Riyadh. The role is to lead the design of immersive, human‑centred experiences that help clients solve complex challenges through co‑creation, storytelling and digital collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design bespoke and repeatable Wavespace sessions using the Scan–Focus–Act methodology.
• Create visual artefacts such as mood boards, storyboards, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Develop digital canvases in tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Support clients in navigating digital collaboration platforms and immersive environments.
• Partner with the Experience Leader/Manager to craft workshop flows, narratives and session strategies.
• Facilitate client workshops, co‑creation exercises and ideation sessions.
• Research innovation themes, industry trends and user needs to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to experience‑design standards and toolkits for the Riyadh launch.

Required profile

• Strong visual communication and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in design‑thinking and human‑centred design.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to design in both languages.
• Comfortable facilitating or co‑facilitating sessions.
• Collaborative mindset and high attention to detail.
