Facade Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Facade Engineer to join our Riyadh office. You will design and deliver innovative building envelope solutions for high‑profile projects across the region, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, detailed design and documentation for façade and structural systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding and specialist solutions.
• Prepare tender packages, design specifications and deliverables that comply with client requirements and local building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, internal design teams and external stakeholders to integrate façade designs seamlessly.
• Support construction phases with analysis, specifications and on‑site problem solving.
• Manage project planning, resources, budgets and timelines to ensure quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in façade engineering, preferably within a consultancy.
• Proven track record on complex façade projects, including curtain‑wall and specialist systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and client communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong analytical and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Experience with BIM workflows.
• Use of SpaceGass or equivalent structural analysis tools.
