Financial Modeling Manager / Senior Manager (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Financial Modeling Manager / Senior Manager will lead the creation of advanced financial and operating models that support revenue optimisation, feasibility studies, and strategic decision‑making for government transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. This 1‑year on‑site engagement requires fluency in Arabic and English and a strong ability to translate complex analyses into executive‑level recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for revenue optimisation, feasibility assessments and business planning for government entities.
• Design and implement operating models that enable scenario planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses, prepare valuation reports and present findings through high‑quality PowerPoint dashboards.
• Integrate financial data into strategic planning and performance frameworks for transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including experience at a Big‑4 consulting firm.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CFA or FMVA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with PPP projects, cost‑benefit analysis and public investment modelling is a plus.
