Financial Reporting & Control Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting & Control Manager will lead accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting and tax compliance for a company operating in real‑estate, construction, civil engineering or logistics. Based in KAEC near Jeddah, the role ensures accurate, timely reporting in line with IFRS and Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month‑end / year‑end closing.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Saudi financial regulations, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting, reconciliations, depreciation and asset controls.
• Review journal entries, accruals, invoices and other financial transactions.
• Perform GR/IR reconciliation and supplier accounting.
• Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments and prepare Saudi VAT returns.
• Support corporate income tax filings, audits and overall tax compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, control and tax compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing, real‑estate, construction, civil engineering or logistics.
• Professional accounting qualification (CMA, CPA, ACA or equivalent) is a plus.
