About the role

The Financial Specialist joins the financial management team to conduct complex analyses and support strategic financial planning. You will use advanced modeling and forecasting techniques to turn data into actionable insights that drive the organization’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth financial analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports covering revenue, expenses, and projections, and present recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, monitor, and adjust budgets in line with policy and goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial operations.
• Lead forecasting and modeling initiatives to support long‑term planning.
• Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on financial health and performance.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
