First Line Manager – Pharmacy

About the role

Abbott is seeking a First Line Manager to lead a small team within its Established Pharmaceuticals division in Riyadh. The role focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating a group of professionals to promote and sell Abbott’s branded generic medicines across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of two or more professionals, providing day‑to‑day guidance and support.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and collaboration.
• Coordinate product promotion activities across designated territories, engaging specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Abbott’s internal policies.
• Track sales performance and report insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCHS) license.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market.
• Saudi nationality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
