Fit-Out Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fit‑Out Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects on‑site in Riyadh. The role involves delivering high‑quality interior works while meeting safety, schedule and cost objectives in line with project specifications and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit‑out activities, trades and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries and inspections, verifying dimensions, levels and finishes.
• Review and interpret IFC, shop drawings and method statements, raising RFIs for any discrepancies.
• Conduct quality checks, update look‑ahead programmes, prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and internal teams to obtain approvals and manage handovers.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and preparation of final handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Site/Fit‑Out Engineer on interior projects (commercial, hospitality, retail or residential).
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination and relevant codes/standards.
• Solid understanding of HSE practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project.
