Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Hotel Opening

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, a new 214‑room hotel featuring two dining outlets, meeting spaces, a pool and a fitness centre. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will combine business management and marketing expertise to drive profitability, guest satisfaction and brand consistency across all food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring brand standards and service excellence.
• Act as Business Manager for the department, managing revenue, budgeting, cost control, forecasting and productivity.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions and partnership programs to increase outlet visibility.
• Lead sustainability projects such as responsible sourcing, waste reduction and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational regulations.
• Coach, mentor and inspire the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a large operation.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving outlet profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
