Fragrances Consultant – Westfield Jeddah Mall

About the role

Our Fragrance Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining counter cleanliness, handling new launches and promoting products at Westfield Jeddah Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty
• Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability and usage
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and exceed expectations
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their preferences
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various fragrance brands
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets
• Track sell‑out targets and post‑launch sales at store level
• Participate in incentive programmes and achieve sales incentives
• Ensure merchandising levels follow brand guidelines
• Replenish stock on counters and shelves at appropriate times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Ensure stock receipt follows set procedures

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
• High standards of grooming and personal presentation
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
