About the role

Mindrift is seeking a versatile freelance Graphic Designer to support the Tendem project. This part‑time remote position focuses on creating high‑quality visual assets such as layouts, infographics, and social‑media templates for real‑world marketing and communication needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, modern layouts and infographics with clear visual hierarchy.
• Create reusable, engaging templates for various social‑media channels and one‑page marketing collateral.
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition techniques to elevate everyday materials.
• Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets aligned with marketing goals.
• Verify design quality by checking alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
• Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing social‑media graphics, marketing collateral, and one‑pagers.
• Excellent grasp of typography, visual composition, and grid systems.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
