About the role

Future Connect is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support its clients in Saudi Arabia. You will work remotely, leveraging your talent pool and recruitment expertise to deliver high‑quality candidate profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through online platforms, personal networks and proactive outreach.
• Interpret client job requirements and submit matching CVs promptly.
• Pre‑screen and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate tracking of submissions and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Strong knowledge of various industries such as HR, Finance, Tech, Sales, etc.
• Access to recruitment platforms, CV databases or a personal candidate network.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Based in Riyadh or possessing deep knowledge of the local talent pool.
