Functional Consultant - EPM (OFSAA ALM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – EPM (OFSAA ALM) to lead functional design and implementation of Asset Liability Management (ALM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in banking risk management, hands‑on experience with OFSAA, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Configure OFSAA ALM functional settings, including IRRBB, PRRBB and behavioral modeling.
• Define and document ALM methodologies such as Gap Analysis, Duration Analysis, EaR and EVE.
• Ensure regulatory and risk reporting compliance (LCR, NSFR, liquidity frameworks).
• Validate data, perform reconciliation between source systems and OFSAA outputs.
• Lead functional testing, UAT and system walkthroughs, developing test cases and validating calculations.
• Drive end‑to‑end functional delivery, coordinating with business, technical and offshore teams.
• Provide advisory support, best‑practice recommendations and documentation (BRD, FSD, process flows).

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with the OFSAA ALM functional module.
• Expertise in IRRBB and PRRBB frameworks.
• Good understanding of banking products such as loans, deposits and derivatives.
• Experience with ALM methodologies (Gap, Duration, EaR, EVE).
• Knowledge of liquidity risk metrics (LCR, NSFR).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
