About the role
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician (Ken Fix It) to join our hospitality team. The role involves daily general maintenance tasks to ensure guest areas remain safe, functional and visually appealing.
Key responsibilities
- Repair or replace tiles, flooring and wall finishes as needed.
- Carry out general block‑work wall repairs and plaster patching.
- Fix damaged shelving, furniture and perform routine painting work.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks, replace silicon sealants and address minor leaks.
- Repair or replace broken windows, doors and locks.
- Follow Rotana policies and report any severe damages to supervisors.
Required profile
- Diploma or formal training in general maintenance or a related trade.
- Previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or electrical work.
- Good command of English and ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
